Participants wishing to present posters or talks are invited to submit abstracts, no longer than 400 words, via email to heather.thorne@petermac.org  by COB July 19th 2008.
You will be informed as soon as possible if you have an oral or poster presentation.
Poster dimensions should be limited to 90cm wide x 120cm long.

Communication Skills Training Workshop

The Psychosocial Research Group is providing a unique opportunity for clinicians and genetic counsellors to attend a half day communication skills workshop. The format of the workshop is evidence-based using trained actors and facilitators and will present a challenging scenario with a focus on cultural issues and challenges in clinical practice. It will provide a unique opportunity to update your skills. Please indicate (tick) whether you would be interested in attending this half day workshop and your preferred day of attendance.


Please note that there is no additional cost to register for one of these workshops. If you are allocated a place in a workshop, you must commit to attending the entire workshop as it is structured in a complete half day learning format and places are limited.
