Epidemiology Questionnaire

The following questionnaires were administered to consenting participants until July 2024.

From July 2024 onwards, female consenting participants are administered an updated version of the questionnaire which is based on the BCFR Young Women's Study questionnaire.

Phase 1 Questionnaire

Every 2 years following recruitment, a follow-up questionnaire is administered. Selected individuals who completed the original Female Questionnaire will also be invited to complete the Phase 2 questionnaires.
